Hey look at my big head on that nifty poster. I'll be performing at the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival February 14th. This is always a great time and the audiences are superb. If you live there and are reading this and would like to take some solo classes, I'll be teaching some workshops on that Friday and Saturday.Last, and most important, I will be gaining weight eating Southern cooking.
UPDATE: So due to the lovely weather on the east coast, I can't make it out there, so hopefully I'll be out there again soon.
Here's some nice pre-press for the show, though:
_Thanks for visiting, person!
Please watch PED CROSSING!
Comedian Paul Thomas’s satiric mind emerged from the pandemic unbowed, leading to Intimate and Appropriate, an incisive collection of scenes steeped in the selfie-righteousness of a country that has lost its mind. With grounded characters and the logic of an ancient Midwestern philosopher, Thomas delicately stomps through the “mine” field of identity, language, and recycle bins, putting a hall of mirrors up to a narcisstocracy that kinda seems to wanna offend itself.
